Lily Wu, Ph.D. (Chairman & CEO)
Lily Wu is the Chairman of PBI and holds a PhD in Business Administration from Feng Chia University. With decades of corporate leadership experience, she has worked in business development, marketing, and management at Universal Unity Development Corporation.
Kou Yuan Chen, B.S.
Mr. Chen got his B.S. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. His current undertakings include Director of the Board of WPG Holdings, Ltd., Chairman of Silicon Application Corp. Group, Director of the Board of LeadSun Investment and Asset Management, Ltd., and Director of Taipei Electronic Components Suppliers’ Association.
Tser-Ming Chen, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Chen got his M.D. degree from the College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, and Ph.D. degree in HPV Virology from New York University. Currently he is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, College of Medicine of National Taiwan University, President of the Eugene Women & Children Hospital, Taipei, Chairman & CEO of EUMED Biotechnology Co. Ltd., and Chairman & CEO of Taiwan Cancer Foundation.
Kun-Yang Chuang, Ph.D.
Dr. Chuang received his undergraduate education and a Ph.D. degree in Health Service Organization and Policy from University of Michigan. He is a Professor in the School of Public Health of Taipei Medical University.
Kuo-Tai Chuang, M.D.
Dr. Chuang graduated from the College of Medicine, National Taiwan University. He trained at National Taiwan University Hospital and Duke University Medical Center. Currently he owns and manages a Women’s and Children’s Hospital with 250 employees in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Alan Lu
Mr. Lu graduated from Soochow University, majoring in Accounting. He has been the Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking Department of Capital Securities Corporation, and the General Manager of Hunan Changyuan Lico Co., Ltd. Currently he serves as an Independent Director of Arima Communications Corp.
John Yao
John Yao graduated from the Department of Bio-Industrial Communication and Development (formerly the Department of Agricultural Extension) at National Taiwan University. He previously served as a supervisor at Gongwin Biopharm Holdings Co. Ltd. and was instrumental in establishing the company’s Taiwan operational platform. Currently, he serves as the Technical Representative for the 2025 World Masters Games in Taipei and New Taipei City and is a Technical Committee member and council member of Asia Masters Athletics (AMA).
Supervisors
Chang-Yao Hsieh, M.D.
Dr. Hsieh is an experienced gynecologic oncologist, Professor and former Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and former Deputy Superintendant of the National Taiwan University Hospital.
Yolanda Chuang, Ph.D.
Dr. Chuang received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University. She was an Associate Professor at the National Changhua University of Education.
