T. C. Wu, M.D., Ph.D., SAB Co-Chair
Dr. Wu is a Professor of Pathology, Oncology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at JHU School of Medicine, and Director of Gynecologic Pathology. Dr. Wu is recognized as a worldwide leader in the fields of HPV and therapeutic and prophylactic vaccines targeted at the virus. He was a Co-Founder of PapiVax, LLC, as well as a Co-Inventor of the proprietary HPV vaccine technologies utilized by PBI.
Richard B.S. Roden, Ph.D., SAB Co-Chair
Dr. Roden is a Professor in the Departments of Pathology, Oncology and Obstetrics and Gynecology, JHU School of Medicine, and Co-Leader of its Cancer Prevention and Control Program. He is recognized as a worldwide leader in the fields of HPV biology, vaccines and prevention of cervical cancer. Dr. Roden was a Co-Founder of PapiVax, LLC, as well as a co-developer of proprietary HPV vaccine technologies utilized by PBI.
Per-Jer Chen, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Chen is a Professor of Medicine at the National Taiwan University and a member of the Academia Sinica, Taiwan, R.O.C.. He is a world leader in hepatitis B and D virus research with an interest in new treatment for liver tumors, including combination therapy (chemo-, immune, and gene therapy).

Mark H. Einstein, M.D., M.S., Clinical Consultant
Dr. Einstein is a gynecologic oncologist, and a Professor and Chair of Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health, Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He is also the Assistant Dean of the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Clinical Research Unit. He has extensive experience in clinical research and trials in gynecologic oncology (esp. HPV and cervical cancer), and serves on the Steering Committee for ASCCP and SGO. He is an ACS work group member and a WHO consultant.
William Mackin, Ph.D., Regulatory Consultant
Dr. Mackin received his Ph.D. degree in Microbiology and Immunology from University of Illinois Chicago. He is a seasoned drug development and regulatory affairs expert with more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He provides strategic regulatory advice to US and non-US companies to maximize drug development processes with FDA.

Eddy Hsieh has worked for multiple biotech companies for the past 20 plus years, including Novena Life Sciences (Singapore),Vita Genomics Co., Ltd., and Medray Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as CEO. He has great expertise and experience in marketing, fundraising, and company management and reorganization
Robert Bernard, Business Consultant
Mr. Bernard has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and business development. He founded Ichor® in 1994, where he was responsible for inventing platform technologies and establishing technical concepts. He currently serves as a business consultant for PBI US, assisting in business development and technology platform licensing, among other duties.
Josep Hsieh, Business Consultant
Joseph Hsieh has more than 30 years of accounting-related experience. He is currently an accountant at Chengshin United Accounting Firm, chairman of the China International Enterprise and Intangible Assets Evaluation and Fraud Prevention Association, and an assistant professor at Mingchuan University, Shijian University and Soochow University.
